This is last blog for this semester, English Strategies course. I've learned a lot in each week and included many skills that made me improve myself and love reading more. I think making this was good for us.

I think grammar was easy but the word was difficult so I searched dictionary for meaning.

I used many skills but skills that I used the most were skimming, scanning and guessing word.

This course made me love reading more. Thank you teacher that determine in teaching, we sometimes made loud noise I'm sorry. You taught me a lot in studying and life. See you again next time.

Classic Ann Landers

Path of Exile

We studied about “Classic Ann Landers”. There were many interesting letter. And we did exercise and wrote advice for the problem people. I advised that they should give the candy or a few rewards for son when they did well more.

I think the vocabulary was easy but writing advice was difficult.

I used scanning and guessing the word in reading.

I think that it was interesting and fun.    

  

Paragraph reading strategies books and novels

First we read quickly and answered the questions. Then we read again and summarized each books and novels what it about is. Then we read “Secret of the Christmas box” and answered the questions.

I think that reading quickly and answered the first was easy but some words was difficult.

I used scanning skills in reading.

I think the books and novels were interesting such as a massage in a bottle.

-       How do you read in English?                                                   

-       What are obstacles to faster reading?                                   And I think the difficult words and idioms make me confused and take a long time when I read.

Then we read Hints for reading practice and answered the questions

I think that faster reading was easy but the words were difficult.

This lesson helped me spent the time decrease in reading.
